Chhaava Enters the ₹500 Crore Club
With this achievement, Chhaava joins the elite ₹500 crore club, alongside:
- Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024)
- Jawan (2023)
- Stree 2 (2024)
- Gadar 2 (2023)
- Pathaan (2023)
- Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017)
- Animal (2023)
The Hindi version of Chhaava (₹503.3 crore) has already surpassed the Hindi earnings of Animal (₹502.98 crore). However, Animal’s total multi-language collection (₹553.87 crore) remains higher due to its strong Telugu market presence (₹45.14 crore).
What’s Next for Chhaava?
With no major Hindi releases in the near future, Chhaava could continue to dominate the box office and challenge Animal’s total collection. However, the film will face stiff competition from Salman Khan’s Sikandar, releasing on March 28 for Eid. The action-packed entertainer, directed by AR Murugadoss, also stars Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the lead in Chhaava.
Will Chhaava continue its box office reign, or will Sikandar take over? Stay tuned for more updates!
